What Makes an Emerging Event Special

When planning an event, there’s more to consider than just finding the right venue or ensuring proximity to the participants. Crafting an experience that resonates with everyone involved, be it the participants, speakers, or the stakeholders, is very essential.

At the core of every event we curate at Emerging ag is the narrative we aim to create. On top of accommodating the numbers, we ensure the venue we choose enhances the story we want to tell throughout the event.

The key to making this work lies in the planning process.

What sets our approach apart is the team behind the planning. The diversity of perspectives and experiences within Emerging is, absolutely, one of our greatest strengths. There’s room for everybody to bring their vision and their experience to the conversation. We always work more laterally and ensure that all voices are heard. This approach allows us to focus on details that we may not initially think of, but make a difference for the event.

However, it’s not always about having a good time or celebrating a cause. Each event is carefully crafted with clear outcomes in mind. Whether it’s raising awareness about soil health, addressing the challenges of communicable diseases, or tackling other critical issues, our events are designed to advance those causes.

The programming and structure of the event always center around that larger goal, making sure that when the event ends, the conversation doesn’t stop. The impact continues, and the change we aim for starts to take shape.
