I believe it’s possible to succeed at work and at home without having to compromise one for the other. With some structure and support, I’ve found a rhythm that allows me to enjoy both motherhood and career.
The first element that has been a blessing for me is having the flexibility of working remotely. It has allowed me to have a little bit more time at home and organize my life in a way that I can focus on work and also be available for my children.
When you’re a mother to young children and also active in the workforce, being organized, transparent and having a good support system is very paramount.
