Bridgit Ngendo Njoroge

Bridgit Ngendo joined Emerging Ag as an Executive Operations Assistant. She brings experience in executive support, program coordination, administration, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong passion for social impact, gender equality, and community empowerment. In her role, she supports the Emerging Ag team in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, organizational efficiency, and project support.

Before joining Emerging Ag, Bridgit worked across operations, administration, and program management roles, supporting project coordination, event planning, communications, and process improvement initiatives. Bridgit holds a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies and Philosophy from Strathmore University. Bridgit is based in Nairobi, Kenya.
