Sami Soloway

Before joining Emerging, Sami built a diverse career in the performing arts and sustainable retail sectors. With a background in musical theatre and performing arts, she performed on stages all across the globe before transitioning into entrepreneurship, where she founded and operated a package-free, zero-waste retail store. In this role, she managed day-to-day operations, oversaw finances, coordinated staff, and developed innovative marketing and community engagement initiatives.

Sami studied Theatre in both Toronto and New York City, and has extensive experience in performance, communications, administration, and business operations. She is a Canadian national currently based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
