Impact and delivery are front and center of the work we do at Emerging ag. Having spent the better part of my career in the public sector within the United Nations system, the shift has been fascinating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What struck me immediately was how nimble the company is. It moves incredibly fast, and decisions happen in real time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Working remotely has also been fantastic. Emerging ag had this figured out in 2010; long before it became a necessity during the pandemic, this team believed in meeting people where they are. The ability to attract great talent while letting people work in environments where they\u2019re most comfortable is just so brilliant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Personally, it has allowed me to be close to my daughters, and also to work from different places that allows my productivity to soar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
