He has served\u00a0 as the\u00a0 Agriculture Attache\u00a0 and Alternate Permanent Representative to the UNRBAs in Kenya Mission, Rome, Italy, where he horned his negotiation skills and\u00a0 gained invaluable experience of both multilateral and bilateral systems. Prior to\u00a0 this he served as the Director General of The Agriculture and Food Authority, Kenya.
